A cuppa chai with a crunchy bite is all what you need to relax yourself after a hectic day. Why always go for a pakoda or a bhaji for snack?, Without cooking any stuff if we get a yummy snack and also if its healthy, I am sure you all would give it a try,right?. Try this veggie snack on a lazy day and enjoy. Lets move on to the ingredients.
INGREDIENTS.(servings 3-4)
- 10-15 salt biscuits.(have used vegetable crackers, Monaco and Ritz, you can try with your favorite biscuits.)
- 1 big onion.
- 1 big tomato.
- 1 small green capsicum.
- Each 1 teaspoon of pepper powder and chat masala.
- Mozzarella cheese.(optional.)
- Spring onions for decoration only the greens.(optional.)
METHOD
- Chop onions, capsicum and tomatoes finely as shown in picture.
- Deseed the tomato take out the juice and store it.Chop the skin part alone finely.
- Mix all vegetables along with chat masala and pepper powder and keep it ready along with a biscuit for dressing.
- Now scoop the veges with a help of a small spoon and place on top of the biscuit, add cheese and spring onions and sprinkle some chat masala.
Quick and tasty bit size snack is ready. Serve with hot tea/coffee and enjoy your day.
NOTE
- Chat masala and biscuits have salt in it, so I have not added salt to the vegetables.
- Mix the vegetables only when serving, if u mix and keep ,it leaves water and when you are adding on top of biscuits it will b soggy.
- Don’t throw the stored tomato juice you can add to some gravy.
